We held our son's 10th birthday here and Don Paul was such an amazing party host. Would HIGHLY recommend asking for him for your next event- prompt, excellent with the kids, constantly checking in and truly wanted everyone to have the best time :)

We have been to Urban Air many times since they first opened. We have kids that are a wide variety of ages and they always have fun. There are a good variety of attractions there. The zip line is the highlight, but there are also lots of other good options. It’s nice that there are places to sit for adults to relax and work. The WiFi there works great. We have been to birthday parties there as well and they are very well run. This is one of the best trampoline parks in the area due to the extra activities that are included.

Our party host, Matt, was wonderfully kind and very helpful! He made sure the party ran smoothly and did exactly the right amount of letting us enjoy our party but also making sure he checked in on us often! I am recently recovering from abdominal surgery so I wasn't able to leave the party room much but from what other parents and the kids said, they loved the dodgeball area the most! I truly appreciated their understanding and kindness around both of my son's allergies and allowing us to bring small portions of food for them and individual cupcakes. Although they did have a gluten free pizza, there were no dairy free and gluten free food options, I think thats the only negative thing I could say, and truly most places dont provide those things so we were prepared and i wouldn't take a review star away for that since we chose to book there knowing their menu options. Over all the experience was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

First off 5 ⭐️s is not enough for this place and secondly Well worth the drive! Urban air is definitely the funniest place the kids have been and as a dad who travels to make sure his kids enjoy where they go this place is it!! The staff are amazing place is amazing all around AMAZING!! Make sure you go and the best part they have a good court with a siting area so you can sit back relax while the kids play my personal favorite spot hah

We had the absolute best experience for my son’s 6th birthday this past Sunday. Our party host, Alison from Bellingham, was amazing!!! Everything was so organized and smooth. The staff was super accommodating! The kids had a blast!! Highly recommend for Future parties!
