Great pieces and great customer service up to the sale, but quite disappointed by the delivery experience. They recommended a deliveryman that ended up cracking a leg / scuffing the tabletop of the table we bought. Although the delivery was through Urban Americana, they said we had to deal with the deliveryman ourselves as they were a third party. I’d expect them to have relationships with deliverymen who are a little more skilled at how they deliver pieces, or even refuse to do the job if they couldn’t handle it, and I’d expect some kind of customer service besides “deal with the deliveryman yourself”. Please ensure you manage your own delivery if you buy anything here. Would be 5 stars if not for this unfortunate experience.
Super clean, open, not cramped. Lots of near-pristine items at excellent prices, especially compared to trendy spots in LA. There’s no competition! And the staff are knowledgeable and super helpful.
Great place to find quality, mid-century modern furniture, and other items. Also a quality selection of vinyl records and clothing. Parking is a little tight but worth it to take a look. They also have restrooms which are very clean. Make sure to try the food place ‘Good Times’ across the street as well.
Love stopping here when in/near Long Beach. Prices are HIGH (only reason not 5 stars in my eyes), but there is always a great and unique selection of everything from furniture to records (what I always pick up here!). It’s spacious and always clean and organized in here which I appreciate. Pop right across the street for amazing coffee and breakfast tacos at Good Time!
I absolutely love this place! I go in whenever I’m in the area. Ive purchased a lot of wonderful things from Urban Americana. There items are vintage yet fresh, antique and stylish. The staff is wonderful; nice and helpful. I can’t say enough about this place except go here, you will not be disappointed.
