Have always have a great experience at this location. They are professional, honest, and communicative. From small things like wiper blade replacement and oil changes, to brakes and larger repairs, they always do a good and thorough job, and stand behind their work.
I had an issue with my car that another mechanic said they’d fixed but hadn’t. I went to Urban Autocare hoping for help and they did not let me down. The service was wonderful, the staff was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.
My wife and I just bought a used car and I brought it by to have the team give it a once over. They performed and communicated a thorough inspection. I then approved their recommendation and they knocked it out quick. As a result, I have complete confidence our new (used) car is in as good of condition as possible. I always appreciate this team. I am a huge fan of Urban Autocare! I got an oil change and the folks could not have been nicer. They always make sensible recommendation that are never pushy. When I came to pick up my car, they recommended that I change my windshield wipers. They put them on immediately before I left. It always feels like they really are looking out for your best interest.
