Excellent customer service! Needed to return as well as purchase new counter stools. Sonu was so patient and helpful with finding the right fit, and sorting all the return details as well….I now have my new stools and they look amazing

I bought a right sided chaise sectional, got it in good timing, but when I brought it home and unpacked everything they sent me the wrong piece. They sent me a right sided couch with a left sided chaise: I’ve called for two days trying to get customer service to help me but I was gaslit and told that they sent me the right piece, even though I have provided them with rhe photos of the very clear wrong side. Will never buy from them again, customer service was awful! Still have no solution being presented to me. What a waste of money.
