Really unhappy with my hair cut. I wouldn't advise coming here. My stylist was nice but the cut is super choppy and uneven. Also, when I asked for facial framing idk WHAT she did but it is not at all what I wanted. Please save your money and avoid this place.
Love this place. Appointments always on time. Lauren does wonderful. She listens to what I want and makes great suggestions! Also, thank you to Pamela for fixing my son’s hair! Pamela has excellent customer service and really listens to customer requests. Thank again!
Always happy with haircuts. Take the whole family here. Pam is awesome! Really listens to what you want and completes the look in a great timely manner! Keep going back every time haircuts are needed! The staff is always super friendly and attentive!
Had a great experience today. I scheduled in the morning, the haircut was not to my expectations, I called and gave them a try again. They not only corrected my haircut but apologized and expressed how thankful they were for me giving them another chance. What started as a rocky haircut, ended with an amazing haircut. I will be back.
Absolutely wonderful staff! My youngest is very sensitive and timid about hair cuts but his stylist was so patient, kind and understanding, making sure to explain every step of the way and showing him what she was doing. My oldest’s stylist did a wonderful job and managed to listen to him nerd out on his favorite subjects without tuning him out and actually engaged the conversation with him all without losing focus on his hair. Both these ladies were so kind and I just can’t thank them enough!
