I took the mature driver improvement course in order to get a discount on my insurance. I had taken the same course from this vendor in the past, and I noticed a drastic decline in quality. The content is boring and repetitive. The videos are poor and show the same repetitive images, often unrelated to the content. Moreover, the website clearly states that the hard copy course completion certificate is sent out first class USPS the following day (unless that falls on a Saturday/Sunday and or USPS Holiday), however mine wasn't mailed out until 7 days later.

Honestly could've just sat down and got it over with, but really glad it was so flexible with me coming in and out to where I could do a chapter if I only had 30mins to spare! 10/10 experience super easy and would recommend.

I wish all schools were like this one. I don't know if they tested me based on my driving experience or if they treated everyone the same way, but I appreciated that everything was explained clearly. I was able to review and expand my knowledge and learn some new information, even though I've been driving for a while. I also appreciate that they were able to send me my certificate right away via email and I trust that they will also send a copy to the court. The price and service are excellent. I will definitely recommend it.
