Got a massage here while traveling for work. Everyone was pleasent and easy to work with. The owner is obviously passionate and has created a great and relaxing atmosphere. Rachel was my therapist and she was amazing. Talented and thoughtful. My neck and back felt MUCH better after my session.
I love fundamentals with Arden! She is an experienced and very hands on instructor! This class is for any beginners or anyone wanting to focus on the basics of yoga! So check her out!! Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they only have one weekend class available. I personally need more weekend class options instead of only one class Sunday at 9:30am.
Lauren was incredible! I mentioned I have lymphedema. She took extra time and worked on getting my fluid to move. I have had many lymphedema massages and hers was the best lymphedema massage I have ever had!! She is very knowledgeable with the lymph system. Thank you so much, Lauren! It felt wonderful and I’m feeling refreshed:)!!
I love this place. The private sauna and polar plunge. The people who work here are so nice, caring and are genuine. It’s worth the price to care for your health. Urban haven is a state of the art studio for anyone to truly find peace, healing and laughs along the way. Joanna the manager is always there to lend a helping hand! Rachel is one of the massage therapist and is at the top of her game. Thank you urban haven for being my go to for resins cold plunge!
I stopped in to check out Urban Haven on Lee Road just after their grand opening. The staff were all warm and friendly. The rooms are all very clean and cozy. Soft lighting accentuated the relaxing vibes. On a whim, I also decided to get a massage on that first visit. Tara, my massage therapist, was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the session. Before starting, she asked me what areas we should focus on—mostly being my back, shoulders and neck. The back and shoulder massage was thorough and effective, and I left feeling much more relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist. I look forward to getting another massage and also trying the sauna and cold plunge!
