The guy that helped us was very sweet. Don’t remember his name but helped us with our white Vinfast. He was very nice quick to show up, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and called to tell us the car was delivered safely.
I love and appreciate a business that goes above and beyond for customers or people they service. When they were made aware of what happened to my car, they had multiple solutions for me to choose from. Everything worked out great. Most tire shops are closed but these guys had my back to make sure I would be able to get my tires replace even after hours. Thank you again for coming to the rescue.
My daily driver steel horse lost a horseshoe today.. thru my insurance requested a tow service and Urgent towing LLC was sent.. The tow truck driver ( I apologize to him for not asking his name) was a real rockstar, took the time a was very cautious with my motorcycle, made sure that I was happy with the way he secured it to the flatbed, and checked several times before putting the tow in motion…very happy with the service!! Definitely will recommend…!
My husband and I needed a tow last night and the guy who gave us a tow was extremely helpful. His name was Zev, and he was very professional and worked quickly despite some unfortunately complications. The dispatcher we spoke to kept arguing with me about the pick up address. I kept trying to clarify where we needed assistance and he was sure he had the right address and I was wrong. That interaction with the dispatcher ended with him sending the tow truck 10 miles in the wrong direction. We had to wait extra time at 3am for this to be corrected. Overall, Zev was amazing and deserves a raise for the service he showed last night, but the dispatcher needs more training.
