Coming here was a great choice. They are patient, kind, honest and fair. My Chihuahua was terrified when we arrived. She left happy, calm, and full of treats! The best part of our visit was feeling welcome. Even though they were closing soon, everyone’s spirits were as if they had just opened for the day. Big thank you to my new friends at Urgent Vet. My 14 year old cat has been a Gem of an animal and has only been to the vet when his shots were given. I was in a panic as I came home from vacation only to find Tito in distress. I was shocked to find this vet was open, caring, compassionate, clean and quiet. We were escorted into a private room and after 3 hours the blood work and urine and perscriptions and prognosis was given and I was sad but comfortable with their findings and honesty. Highly recommend this Vet.
The vet and staff at UrgentVet were SO incredibly kind and helpful. My mom and I brought my sweet cat, CheeChee, in at late hours for an emergency, and they quickly got us into a clean and peaceful room. They offered her a Churu tube and were super gentle and patient when examining her. Dr. Hazzard was able to do an X-Ray and perform some bloodwork within an hour and inform us on her condition. While CheeChee is now happily playing in Heaven, UrgentVet sent loving cards with her nose print and paw print. I will forever be grateful for the kindness and care my CheeChee and our family received from UrgentVet's vets and staff. Thank you so much!
I cannot say enough kind things about the care we received here last night. From the moment I called to the moment we left, every single person we encountered was genuinely kind, compassionate, and attentive—to both my dog, Pancho, and to me. I especially want to thank Taylor, the vet tech who took such loving care of Pancho. She spoke to him so sweetly, cuddled him, told him how handsome he was, and truly made him feel happy and safe. He absolutely thrived on that affection. She was also not afraid to roll up her sleeves and do whatever was needed to care for him, and that level of dedication meant so much to me as a worried pet parent. Dr. Mike was equally wonderful—friendly, calm, and kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through each step of what was being done, and made sure I felt informed and reassured throughout the visit. What stood out most was that every staff member genuinely seemed to love animals and want to be there. Even though the clinic was very busy and we wrapped up close to closing time, no one ever made me feel rushed or like they were eager to get out the door. Instead, I felt supported, respected, and confident that my dog was in excellent hands. In a stressful moment, their warmth, professionalism, and true care made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent veterinary care.
Our pup got sick after hours and Kathy was amazing! We were greeted immediately and escorted to a private room. We were able to get a treatment plan and rule out any blockage. Pricing was pretty close to a regular vet . They treated honey with kindness and were super gentle and passionate. Urgent Vet has now become be my go to vet for after hour concerns.
