VERY unprofessional. I came here because I saw an ad on instagram for the cryofacials. I came to the facility on the day of my appointment and after my appointment was over, the staff began to upsell a package of cryofacials to me. Buying them on the same day as coming in for the special saved some extra $. So, I bought a package. I paid the remainder of the one time special ($25 upon the initial online booking and $124 for the remainder) as well as half of the new package I had just bought which was $625. I handed Aidan my card twice that day and he rang me up for both transactions. I saw both of the transactions go through on my credit card statement. Later that same day they told me that the $124 did not go through. I let them know I saw it pending on my side and I would let them know once I saw it go through on my end, I would send them a screenshot of the transaction. 5 days later, I sent a text message with the screenshot showing the transaction went through on my end. They texted back, “thank you! See you soon.” When I went in for my following appointment, Yvonne at the front told me I still owed this $124 balance. I told her about how I sent the text with the screenshot and how I will not be paying for the service twice and I had already paid that off on my credit card. She assured me that she didn’t know what to tell me but that I owed them that money. Even as I was showing her that the transaction went through on my end. I proceeded to wait for the owner to come out and talk with her about it. I could hear she and her staff talking in the back and her telling them she did not want to speak with me - very unprofessional. She ended up coming out reluctantly and forced me to show her a live credit card statement showing that the transactions went through on my end. She was very hostile and demanding that I pay her (even though I already did!). After I show her the live statement, she then says to me, “I will need to speak with Mind Body because we are not seeing it on our end.” My question is, why is this your paying customers fault? Or why are you acting like it is? You speaking with Mind Body to reconcile your end of things should have been the first move you made after sending the screen shot of the fulfilled transaction on my end 3 weeks prior. Why you’re waiting for your customer to come in and harass them after they’ve showed you that they have in fact paid is beyond me and again VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I don’t even feel comfortable going in to my remaining sessions after being treated the way I was treated today not only by the main front office staff member Yvonne, but by the owner Kathryn herself. FOLLOW UP to Kathryn’s response below: Making every effort to ensure working with the client does not include uncomfortably forcing them to show you a live feed of their bank statement after sending you a screen shot that the service was in fact paid for. The RIGHT thing to do would have been to follow up with Mind Body after receiving that screenshot 3 weeks ago. If reconciling this was as important and taken as seriously as you claim, why was this not settled once you saw that screenshot texted over to you? I made every effort to reassure you that I paid and you chose to treat me like I was not trustworthy because your system made an error. This is poor judgment to treat paying clients this way and your reconciling efforts were definitely not done in a professional order whatsoever. Update to Owners edit / response below: I have called my bank to ensure the money went to your company. They have confirmed with me that it did on their end. From my experience at your establishment, I do not feel you made every effort to resolve the issue. As I waited in your front lobby to speak with you, the owner, directly while your staff went to inform you in your back hall, I could hear you telling them that you did not want to speak with me. Not a professional stance.
I have been going here for the last 4 months. I am healing from Mold Exposure. I have been healing for 2 years. My nervous system was a mess. I started doing the PEMF Bed. This bed brought my Nervous back into balance within 6 weeks. My healing has been so much quicker. The place is clean. The owner is the kindest human on earth. And everybody who works there is polite, friendly, and amazing. Courtney did a Cryotherapy Facial on me. And my face looked AHMAZING. This is my favorite healing space! Cannot recommend them enough.
What a wonderful place! I was a little unsure about Cryotherapy; but after learning more, I am glad I tried it out. It is cold, real cold, but it sure works great. I also had the opportunity to try the Normatec compression sleeves. My legs felt great...like relaxed, wet noodles for the rest of the week...pretty cool stuff over there, great prices, and kind, smiling faces. Check them out.
Loved my first visit to US Cryotherapy. Kathryn and her team are so knowledgeable and helpful. I felt taken care of and got a great introduction to the facility — clean, comfortable with tons of treatment options for healing, recharging and performance. My first time ever in a whole body cryo chamber was exhilarating and I felt so energized after, and followed it with red light therapy which I always love. I’ll be back for more treatments to help with aches and recovery from medical treatment!
My sons and I love US Cryotherapy! Joseph and "the twins" are excellent helpers who explained all the treatments and processes to us. We signed up that day and have been regulars for all the treatments. I have never felt better! My mood has improved, my sleep has improved, and I get to spend time with my sons in a healthy, healing environment. Plus, I've met really nice people! The staff is great! Well worth the money for a whole body improvement!
