We couldn’t be happier with USA Fitness. Our gym is primarily outfitted with their Premier equipment, and what truly sets them apart is their warranty and the way they actually stand behind it. In this industry, equipment downtime isn’t an option. We’ve had a few machines need attention and USA Fitness has been quick to respond and get issues resolved without long delays. That level of service is critical for us—we can’t afford to have machines down for weeks or months. Their customer service is excellent, and Jose in particular is extremely responsive, professional, and reliable. That kind of communication and follow-through is rare these days. We recently purchased a StairMaster for our office gym through Noel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Noel was very nice, informative, and quick to respond. He took the time to address all of our concerns and made us feel confident in making such a big purchase. The delivery team was also amazing — they went above and beyond by carefully taking the machine apart and putting it back together when it didn’t fit through our gym door. Overall, the entire experience with Noel and the team was seamless, and we would definitely recommend working with them. We look forward to doing business again in the future.
Received delivery of a Precor RBK 815 recumbent bike about a half an hour ago and the guys did an excellent job carrying this very heavy and awkward piece of equipment up a curved staircase into an office. No bangs against the walls. I’ve only had time to use the bike once for ten minutes on an interval program and it seems fine. Very smooth. USA Fitness made the bike look and feel like new. My wife and I have visited the store a couple of times looking for this bike and we’ve mostly interacted with Jose who I think is the owner. He’s very knowledgeable and straightforward in explaining things. No sales talk. We bought the equipment from Oscar and he was also a straight shooter. They have a large selection of exercise equipment.
