I had a great experience booking my dog for a stay at VIP kennels. We were referred by one of her clients. The owner Geri was able to accommodate my dog very last minute (same day) as the other kennel I had booked had called us, and said that my dog was causing trouble and we had to pick him up immediatly, which I thought was weird because he gets along with every dog we encounter. I called VIP kennels and talked to Geri who was very understanding about our situation and made me feel reassured that she had a lot of experience with dogs and could probably handle mine. I loved that Geri gave us a tour of all the kennels and the runs for all the dogs, and I could see where my dog was staying. The other place we had booked at we couldn't see the accommodations, and everything was behind closed doors, which kind of left me with an uneasy feeling. When we came back to get our dog a couple days later Geri reassured me that everything went well. I could tell that my dog loved her when I picked him up and will definitely trust that my dog is in good hands at VIP kennels .

Vip kennels is always so great with my dog. He has been there twice and is still just a puppy. He got very excited and happy when we pulled into the lot the second time and ran right to the owner who was excited to see him. She accommodated us very last minute and is always super sweet with the dogs. She doesn’t hide anything from customers and I am always welcome to come back into the kennels with her when she puts my dog into his kennel.

VIP Kennels is great! Ger is great with the dogs and has a set up that accommodates all kinds of dogs. One of my favourite things is how safe the dogs play time is. The yard where the dogs get to play and see other dogs only have one dog in it at a time, with other dogs in thier own sections next to it. The dogs can greet each other and sniff each other through the fences without the risk of an accident happening or a bad reaction resulting in injury.

Nous adorons VIP Kennels, et nous n'emmènerons pas notre chien ailleurs ! Geri est si sympathique, et si incroyablement flexible ! Nous avons utilisé VIP Kennels pour la première fois il y a quelques semaines, et nous avons fini par vouloir rester une nuit de plus, et nous avons pu laisser notre chien pour une autre nuit à la dernière minute ! Nous recommandons vivement VIP Kennels à tous ceux qui ont un chien, quelle que soit sa taille; ils seront entre de bonnes mains !

Mon chien souffre d'anxiété de séparation. J'ai essayé trois chenils différents. Il est maintenant allé dans ce chenil trois fois, une fois pour 11 jours. Pour la première fois, il n'a plus d'anxiété à l'idée d'aller au chenil. Il aime bien cet endroit. La personne du personnel est aussi merveilleuse. J'ai été bloqué par une tempête pendant 2 jours et ils n'ont pas facturé de frais supplémentaires. C'était très apprécié car j'étais déjà inquiet à l'idée de le laisser aussi longtemps.
