This is by far the best Dojo I have ever trained in. The atmosphere is very conducive to have a wonderful training session. Members are helping each other. The coaching is top notch. From the owner to the Trainers, they all care about providing a very comfortable and productive environment. Shane is a awesome Trainer , he has no problem tailoring the sessions exactly to your needs and he is very easy to train with . What you can learn at this Dojo is priceless, no matter what the reason for your training is. I am highly recommending this DoJo. Great Job Guys
As a beginner I definitely enjoy the sessions, I’ve been going for the past 4 months or so and Shane does a great job of teaching and giving you hands training. The training sessions are personal and you don’t get overlooked as an individual amongst a group of 20. I’m grateful I found them especially in Port St Lucie.
If you want to receive top notch training, this the place to go! It doesn’t matter your level of experience, you are going to receive training like if you have a match the next day. Amazingly, everyone gets attended to with 100% attention and that speaks volumes. Shane is incredible in the way that he trains and he ensures that everyone gets the training that's desired with countless amount of examples. Its a positive environment that encourages motivation as a group or as individuals!
We had such an amazing experience at our first MMA trial class! First off. Gym is very clean and in a great location. So, when we arrived, my son (11 years old) was nervous and hesitant—he even sat out for the first few minutes. Coach Shane was so encouraging and kind, telling him, “Come on, you got this, just step on the mat.” That one moment completely changed the energy! Coach Shane teaches in a way that’s both step-by-step and high-energy—he breaks everything down slowly so the kids understand the technique and the reasoning behind it, but still keeps the pace fun and exciting. By the end of the class, my son had learned a full attack combo and defense sequence and couldn’t stop smiling! He’s usually a very shy kid, but I was honestly blown away by how much confidence he gained in just one session. We highly recommend this gym for both kids and adults. Also, small bonus: they have super affordable gloves available right up front so you can grab a pair and practice at home, no pressure to buy, just a nice option! We grabbed two because i dont feel like waiting for anazon haha
This is definitely the spot regardless of experience. I recommend this gym %100 the instructors are highly diligent and professional. they will build you from the ground up so expect to continue to grow in the art of MMA.
