Our dog Fitz has been getting groomed by Leiyah since moving to Vegas 5 years ago. She does an amazing job with him on his groom and very good with him while he’s there. He loves going to see Leiyah on his “spa day”. When he’s home he’s a new dog, strutting around very cocky and feeling his new haircut. This tells me his experience with Leiyah is a great one too!! I would highly recommend Leiyah to anyone as she loves your pup as much as your own. I’ve followed her to several grooming locations and would recommend Valorie’s as well. It’s clean and the team is all very nice.

We took our small golden doodle here. We knew she had quite a bit of matting and understood there would be an up charge, so we had no problem with the amount we paid. The issue was our dog coming back with extremely red inner ears and a cut at the bottom of each ear. They said nothing when our daughter picked her up, but our dog was very scared and didn't want to come near us for a day. I'm just more upset that they didn't say anybody about it. Time to find a new groomer.

We see Hope and she's amazing. My dog is anxious and scared of people but Hope is so patient and good with her. She always gets compliments on her cut too! I had another dog groomer stop me once to tell me my groomer does a great job and I agree.

Save your money and your dog, $86 for this. This is the second and last time I will bring my dog here. I don’t understand if this was supposed to be a teddy bear cut or if giving the shop the discretion to “go short” for a papillon was a bad idea. I think it should be universally known that papillons typically are never cut this short, assuming this knowledge from the shop was indeed my mistake. Even if it was a teddy bear cut the lines are just so bad and uneven there’s no redeeming this cut. My first red flag should’ve been when the groomer came out and said my dog was so uncomfortable while getting her haircut here. My dog has never had this comment from any other salon. I’ve already seen responses on here from the owner so I don’t expect any accountability for this awful cut but as a reference I’ve left a photo of what a short papillon cut looks like for your clients in the future. And best of luck to them.
