I saw that VCF was having a GOOB sale so we utilized the opportunity to finally get furniture for our family room. Our salesperson, Stephon, was very helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed for our purchase. He went above and beyond during our decision making process and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They stayed in touch every step during the delivery process, making sure that my order was correct and then providing a delivery time. Our delivery guys were fantastic, in and out pretty quickly and very professional. I would definitely use these guys again for a move. Thank you VCF for such a great experience and an even better price on the Ashley furniture.
I paid close to $400 for a wall picture and have been waiting for it since sept. Unfortunately I was the one doing all the calling and no one has ever reached out to me. Every time I called, they kept saying it’s not gonna be in until October. I called in October. It’s not gonna be in until the end of November, so I finally called to speak to a manager named Eric. He said they have the picture and it’s in their warehouse at the store. I asked so why haven’t nobody told me? I go in on a Saturday to pick up my picture and I go to the back dock and the guy that was loading up the picture he was telling me “this is really expensive picture especially since it’s used” and I asked him do he mean? He said oh this is the same picture that was on the wall cause I’m the one who took it down cause I remember you when you was in the store. So I’ll go back into the store and confronted the manager on why was he trying to give me a used picture? He had no explanation I requested a refund. I went around to Bob’s furniture and founded me a beautiful picture I will never go back to value city furniture again. A friend of mine said they did her the same way gave her used furniture off the floor. She returned the furniture and got her full refund. This is unacceptable.
My delivery team was the best ive ever had from a furniture company and probably overall! Also, inlive my purchase, it looks beautiful 😍!
The staff and I had rocky start with in stock merchandise, as well delivery dates. I:m grateful to say that they went above and beyond to satisfy me as the customer. Thanks to all that made it possible. Can't wait for my next purchase.
Worst and horrible experience with salesman name Shakeel and manager name Eric. Delivered late and missing stuff and damaged product. There were so many items missing like dressing, side table, chest and mattress. On the time of order we asked them to deliver everything by 31st and they confirmed that everything will be on time. But first time they missed delivery, then second time sent delivery with so many items missing and they asked another 15 days to deliver rest of the stuff. Also their delivery team didn't pickup trash after delivery. Created alot of mess in my house. I had a 2 year baby and we moved from California. Due to their late delivery we had to spent so many days in hotel . I never recommend to anyone buy stuff from them. Other stores are providing way better service. Stay away from these people. They ll waste your time and money.
