I wish I could give zero stars! I took my car in for an oil change and now my car is in the dealership. Mossy told me and showed me that my oil was overfilled and soaked everything in my engine. I don’t know what the workers were doing, but it appeared to me that I was not a priority. It was a strange experience with many people coming to my car. It was just strange. The whole experience was strange and took me over 30 minutes for an oil change. As I said, my car is now in the dealership getting many oil soaked parts repaired and replaced. This is 1,000’s of dollars in repairs to my car. I am grateful for my extended warranty to cover the financial end! This could have been avoided. Beware. This is all I can say. Just be careful if you go to this location.
I came in for my oil change early this morning at 7:30 AM and seriously had the best experience. Everybody was so sweet and so helpful. It wasn’t busy when I arrived as I was the first one there so someone was checking my battery, someone was working on my oil change and someone was putting air in my tires all at the same time. I didn’t get anybody’s names, but it was all the staff that was there on January 9 at 7:30 AM. I’m not the type to really write reviews unless my experience was 10000000% good. What a great way to start my friday!
Went for an oil change in my mom’s car last night. My mom has dementia and we recently had her stop driving so who knows when the oil was last changed. The whole process was super easy and Emily explained everything and didn’t even shame me for the state of the car’s fluids. I was in and out in 10 min and even used a coupon I found on the Valvoline website. Kudos to Emily! Love seeing a strong woman in a male dominated job. 💪🏻
This Valvoline location is the absolute best. They always go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. They work hard to achieve it, and they succeed. I never thought I'd say I look forward to going for an oil change, but ever since I started going to this location I do. Outstanding!
