Second time I had visited with my shihtzu puppy . The first cut was brilliant , proper teddy bear cut . The ladies did her . Took my little one back for second groom and the male groomed her . Her face has been cut soo short it’s actually been hacked at and her body left long and her paws cut short . She now looks like a poodle . I even showed a picture of the first groom to show how I wanted her . Very disappointed. When I spoke to them , they told me not to leave a bad review . I will not be using you again and if you have a shihtzu be careful !!!! Replying to comment . If I asked you for the same cut you’d think that would mean so she looks the same , as she did last time and in the photo my FRIEND ( not husband ) showed you . Reguardless of the clips , you offered for me to bring her back at another cost , which I declined as you would of had to shave her to actually blend in how short her faces has been hacked

Fantastic service. Took our Cockapoo puppy for his 2nd groom there and won't go anywhere else. He still smells good and his cut and style was spot on. Very happy and would highly recommend.

I have just completed a 10 day training course here and it was brilliant! Kian was so patient and really helpful. Molly and all her team were so friendly and made me feel so included. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to train in dog grooming.

I'm a new kitten Mum and took my 9 month old Scottishfold kitten to Vanity Furr for a full groom. Ideally I wanted a sanitary trim and nails but decided on the whole package. Very friendly staff. They did an excellent job and my little kitten came out smelling so fresh and feels so so soft. Definitely be back again. Thank you.

Took my cat to have her nails cut today. She is normally an anxious cat. The 2 staff were lovely and made her so relaxed and she wasn't distressed at all. I was surprised as she was so calm and let them do them no fuss. Very professional, caring will defintely be taking her back regularly 😀
