When we first contacted Vantage Point Roofing we were thinking of doing a restoration of our colorbond roof, because we had a small leaking problem in one of the rooms. We were thinking of doing the restoration or other options, so we contacted some companies. Vantage point roofing still emailed us, and said they only do replacement of colorbond in a courteous way. After my wife did further research, we decided to replace our existing colorbond roof through Vantage Point Roofing, because their price was competitive and also they installed the insulation blankets under the colorbond. During the construction work, when we had some problems, Vantage Point Roofing promptly replied and fixed the issues. We found Vantage point to be a most reliable company. We like the new colorbond roof, and in addition, the room that had the leaking problems appears to be fixed after recent storms and heavy rain.

Had Vantage Point Roofing replace my roof and guttering three years ago. Was not happy initially with the job they did, I was that disappointed with the job that I had a independent building inspector look at my roof and guttering. Had a gentleman from VPR come and patch some of the faults the inspector found, could not fix them all, one of the things I was upset about was some screws in the roof were no where near a roof batten, I now have random screws sitting in the middle of nowhere. When we had some heavy rain about a month ago, I could hear a lot of water going somewhere on one side of my house, when I looked out, my gutter was a mile from the fascia, about five or six fascia clips had come away from the fascia. No the gutter was not clogged up. Now today with the heavy rain, at the front of the house more fascia clips have come adrift. Which you can see from the photos. I don't think some of the clips were screwed into the fascia in the first place. No the gutters weren't clogged at all. I now also have something, I don't know what gaining access to my roof cavity, and dying in there, three times now, I never had this problem with my previous roof, that I had for over thirty years. When the material for the job was ordered not enough gutter was ordered, so the house sat for a few days, in the rain with only half the gutter on. Can provide my signed contract on here if it is required. I also have the building defects report that I can post as well. Don't believe the star ratings. Update. The reason why the gutter was coming away from the fascia was because the gentleman that put my gutter up only put one screw in the clip and in the bottom hole of the clip. Had a man from VPR come to look at my gutters, I thought he said they would take all my gutter down and redo the clips. Well they came, three hours late and just screwed metal screws into the back of my gutter and used the same screws on my down pipe, must have been short of pop rivets on the day. On every gutter that you put up do you use the normal brackets then drive a metal roofing screw in the top of the gutter where the bracket is all the way around. I suppose it would have cost too much to do it properly. Will pay for someone to fix any more faults, rather than get them to fix it under warranty. I think if you talk to the gentleman again and ask him how I felt honestly, he might tell you differently, at no time did I tell him I was happy with what they did, I told you on the phone before you wrote this below that I was not happy, a bit below the belt talking about my personal life, could have told you that he said that you have got rid of eight people from VPR recently , but I didn't. Look at the photos. My expectations were for a proper job done on my gutters nothing else.
