Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I walked into the nail salon, I was greeted with a warm & genuine welcome from Yvonne, one of the owners. I was excited to learn that she would also be my nail tech for the evening. From the start, our conversation felt natural and effortless, & throughout the entire appointment she remained poised, attentive, and highly professional. For the first time in a long while, I was genuinely happy when I looked at my nails at the end - Yvonne executed exactly what I asked for, with such care & precision. To top it all off, I also had the pleasure of meeting Gabby & Kang, who were both incredibly kind and welcoming. Gabby was so thoughtful in making sure I was confident and happy with my nail color choice - even went the extra mile to make sure I was fed (her dip was delicious!). Kang was equally warm & attentive, checking in to ensure I was comfortable & well taken care of throughout my visit. Before I left, I felt like family. This was more than just a nail appointment - it was an experience! They all made me feel valued, relaxed, & genuinely cared for. I WILL absolutely be returning & recommending this salon to anyone looking for exceptional service & a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you everyone! ♥️
I had a friend recommend this place to me and I am so beyond happy that she did! I had Yvon do my nails and she did an amazing job! She made sure everything was perfect from the shape of the nail to the design! She was very precise! Will definitely be back! So in love, cant wait to show them off❤️
I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences with Vera Nails. The whole staff is friendly, professional and go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure their clients are 100% satisfied with their services received. The salon is clean and inviting and it is well worth the 50 minute drive from my hometown to have my nail services at Vera Nails. I highly recommend ANY of the nail technicians, as I have worked with all of them, and everyone has done an EXCELLENT job on my nails each time I have been in there. Pricing is fair and comparable with other salons, if not better!
I really wanted to like this place — the staff seemed nice at first, but my experience was so disappointing. I got my nails done on Friday, and by Sunday evening most of the polish had already started chipping off (FYI- i don’t bite or chip my nails on purpose especially after paying 75$ for it). I understand sometimes it can be a product or technique issue, so I went back politely to let them know and show what happened. At first, they were understanding and asked me to wait while they figured out what to do. I calmly explained the situation and said I’d prefer a refund (they could even keep the tip - and they did!) — I wasn’t trying to cause a scene at all. Then the owner (the “mother”) came over, handed me the cash very RUDELY, and told me to GET OUT. I was honestly shocked — I stayed calm the entire time. To make things worse, when I asked them to remove the nails since they were already coming off, they tried to charge me $20 for removal. As someone who gets their nails done regularly, I understand salons usually charge for removals, but in this case, it was clearly a service issue — I shouldn’t have had to pay again for something that lasted barely two days. The whole situation could’ve been handled with kindness and professionalism, but instead I left feeling disrespected and unheard. I’ll be adding pictures of how quickly the nails chipped and the inspo vs. what I received — so you can decide for yourself.
My mom, sisters, and I have been going to a different salon for over 15 years. Sadly, the customer service and results there have declined while the prices increased. I looked for another nail salon and tried Vera Nails. Normally, I'm super basic with my nail color and don't do a design. However, I saw the incredible work that they do at Vera and tried something outside of my comfort zone with a dip powder AND color/design. They absolutely knocked it out of the park and I could NOT be more pleased! Both times they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I asked for and were more focused on getting the result than I was lol. Yvon is a 10/10 and I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Photos of the day of and how they last and my nails are growing so much! And Yvon, I promise that my next appointment will only consist of one color lol.
