This was my first time visiting the salon, and I have to say that I instantly felt comfortable. Leslie was wonderful! She took the time to discuss what I was hoping for, and I am so happy with the results. Nothing felt forced and the conversation was easy- as if we had known one another for years. I look forward to working with her again and solidifying my relationship with her as my stylist at Verde Eco Salon.
The best in Jacksonville! I’m so grateful I found Verde Eco Salon. Jessica is incredibly skilled and has such a warm, welcoming presence. The owner, Tanya, has a wonderful personality and impeccable taste in aesthetics. My haircut is perfect—after five years of searching, I finally found a salon I can proudly recommend to others!
Leslie is AMAZING! She is experienced and talented. Always makes you feel at ease with her kindness and warmth. Great stylist- if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Both Tanya, the owner and Jessica, my stylist, are wonderful! They always work with me to get me in due to my difficult schedule, Jessica does a wonderful job with my hair and knows exactly what I’m looking for. Jessica definitely provides the TLC and is always able to do everything in a timely but not rushed manner. So thankful I found this salon!
After faithfully coming to the salon for well over a year and a half, I made the mistake of telling my stylist Taylor that “I don’t like it.” My bad. I got fired from the salon. Told by the owner that my stylist “wasn’t a good fit for me” but “that’s ok.” No, it’s not OK. It’s not OK that you didn’t even try to fix what you guys messed up. No, it’s not OK to dismiss someone who’s been a long-time client because your stylist screwed her hair up. No, it’s not OK to refuse to admit that you made a mistake! I even walked into the salon with my hair almost exactly like the inspiration picture. I left with flat-looking, mousy colored hair that was COMPLETELY different than what I asked and paid for. When I advised Taylor that I didn’t like it—it just wasn’t right (or anything like the photo and my original hair)— she rolled her eyes at me. When I sent the pics to the manager/owner Tanya, she fired me as a client. I’m just astounded. All that was needed was, “I’m sorry we messed it up.” instead, you left me with this as the only forum to leave any lasting impact. Just incredible. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And now people will know that you handle conflict like bratty little children. The model pic is what I asked for; the two pics are what I got after 3x washing with clarifying shampoo. I was told it was the same—and then fired. Real professional.
