I had never rented a bounce house before but did for my niece and nephews birthday party and they enjoyed EVERY minute of it! I called the day before the party (very last minute) and Jay contacted me immediately and gave me a great recommendation for the age group of our party. I decided the morning of the party to go for it and again Jay responded immediately to my request. They were very polite, professional and showed up early for the installation. The kids and adults alike all had a blast at the party. Vero's team even contacted me to let me know when they were on the way back at our designated time. It was easy, clean and care free...Vero's team was amazing and most importantly, the kids had so much fun. I would highly recommend them for your party!!! Thank you again Jay for everything! Austin
