Went to an early time slot and it was relatively quiet. There is a safety video to watch before you are allowed on the trampolines even if you have been before and you have to have grip sockswhich you can buy there for £2.50. Good selection of trampolines and its separated into two sections, one for kids and then one for adults. Once you are in there there is no staff supervision and adults will need to supervise younger children. There is a cafe which has soft drinks , coffees and does a selection of food too. Lockers are free. It is very cold in there if you are just sitting waiting for others so wear layers that you can remove if you decide to use the trampolines. On weekends and school holidays it does tend to get quite busy as they also do parties there.

Shocking the price they charge to go hear 3 children it will cost you £37. 50p then they charge rediculus prices in the cafe just a ripe of

Kids loved it, plenty of seating area and you can buy food and snacks, not a massive car park but parking on the main road is viable

We arrived one minute late for our 11:00 session due to heavy traffic and were flatly refused entry. I apologised and explained that 4 year old was so excited to attend, but the receptionist was robotic, dismissive and frankly cruel. The place was quiet, yet we weren’t even offered the chance to watch the safety video separately in the empty side room. Instead, we were turned away with a devastated child and useless vouchers. Rules are important, but basic decency and flexibility matter too. After spending plenty of money here over the years, I won’t be returning. Management should be ashamed at how little compassion their staff show customers with small children.

It's ok a bit run down, but I have given one star because after visiting a number of times, today I was told my youngest daughter couldn't go on the airbag. I would be fine with this if the rules had been updated, but they haven't. See photo manager was rude and told me it was clearly covered under the drop tower rules. Then why are there two sets reiterating most the same points. Will go elsewhere in future.
