We had to say goodbye to our sweet 12 year old mastiff, Desta unexpectedly. The staff were all helpful, responsive, supportive, empathetic and caring through the whole process. They allowed us the time and opportunity to truly make the hardest choice and honor our need to process and say goodbye bye. We truly appreciated it! And thank you Emily for our extra pair of paw prints 🙏🏼
I wasn’t expecting to come home after a long day to find my cat was having a medical emergency. I panicked and looked up emergency vet clinics open at 9pm on a Sunday. Vest was the first to come up, I immediately called and they answered right away putting me on the waitlist. As soon as I got there, the staff did not waste a minute getting my sweet Boonie checked in. I couldn’t have asked for better support for my kitty in his final hours. Savannah and Dr. Podmayer made sure my sweet boy was comfortable and cared for with such tenderness. Their compassion and grace meant so much during such a difficult time. And they helped me make a decision I was not prepared to make, giving me all the options and possible outcomes of each. Though I wish the outcome had been different, I’m deeply grateful to the entire team at Vest for everything they did for him. I wholeheartedly recommend Vest to any pet parent—should you ever face a medical emergency, know that your beloved companion will be in the very best hands. To my sweet Boonie boy, I love you so much. Thank you for being the best cat a girl could ask for. Gone too soon, but never ever forgotten.
Wanted to thank VEST for making one of the most difficult days I've ever had to experience in my life less of a struggle, for treating my dog Titus with the upmost care, dignity, and respect. Thank you for being straightforward with the options to try and save his life, thank you for being direct with the reality of his condition, thank you for being clear and upfront about the cost. Thank you for honoring the life and legacy of one of the greatest dogs I ever had in my life. Thank you for respecting our final moments together in your facility when the hard decision had to be made. I will never forget how good your staff were to me or Titus.
Our experience at VEST was wonderful! We had our puppy for less than 24 hrs and unfortunately he was having potty issues at 9pm. We decided to take him to be seen to be on the safe side. Everyone, from front desk to the veterinarian, were very nice and helpful. They treated our pup so well. The veterinarian we had at night was amazing! She was patient, answered all of our questions, and was very thorough. Our pup is feeling so much better already, we’re so grateful. Thank you to the team for everything you do!
I’m very pleased with the treatment my dog received at VEST! We took her in because she wasn’t eating, drinking, or mobile. They took our concern seriously and did everything they could to pinpoint what was going on. Our regular vet did not and sent us on our way. I felt very comfortable to hospitalize our Hazel here for a few days and knew they were taking great care of her. They allowed us visits while she was hospitalized and answered all of our questions. She’s doing so much better now. Thank you, VEST!
