Indi has been visiting vetwest since she joined our family in 2016. The team have always been friendly and supportive of her needs and health. This visit was her annual check and vaccinations. The vet checked all our areas of concern for Indi giving her a clean bill of health and providing advice for moving forward as she moves into her senior years
We brought our cat in for her vaccination and had a great experience. The staff were gentle, friendly, and made the whole visit really smooth. Highly recommend!
We’ve been bringing our husky here for a while now and couldn’t be happier with the care and attention he receives. The team really understand the unique needs (and personalities!) of huskies. From routine check-ups to advice on diet, dental, issues they go above and beyond every time. Our boy actually enjoys coming in, which says it all! Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for a vet who truly cares. 🐾💙
I love our new female vet. Why? Her communication skills are outstanding, her knowledge of dogs ( my goldy) is excellent abd when she’s not sure she consults with seniors. My goldy loves her because she’s warm and kind!!
They are unprofessional and just focus on charging from you, never consider how or whether your pet can take this medication or not. They are rude to talk with and always find excuses of why delay any actions like blood test or CT. My dog passed away in June 8th and another vet hospital told me because of the allergy of seizure medicine. Please wait for my lawsuit. I will collect all the evidence, especially since you asked us to buy this medicine without checking whether my dog can use it. He was just 3 years old and has championship genes, he is the best rottie in Australia even in the world. You guys need to stop your irresponsible behaviour.
