Had a tire blow out and damaged the fender wheel well. Robert got me in the shop quickly. Lee then brought the car back after a little while, perfectly fixed, and I was on my way. Both Robert and Lee were very professional, knowledgeable, and eager to get me back on the road quickly. What a wonderful surprise to meet such genuine folks that want to help others. I can highly recommend this shop and will tell my friends to use Victor's Body Shop for all their car repair needs.
I went to Victor’s yesterday and spoke with Robert about some cosmetic damage on my right front fender. The fender well molding was loose and there was a dent and some marks and paint gouges. Robert went above and beyond. In the near 100° temperatures, he used clips to secure the molding back in place, popped to dent out and used a cleaner to remove a majority of the marks. It looks 90% better and I can live with the rest. THANK YOU!! I have already told several friends and coworkers how great you are. Here are before and after photos.
I can’t say enough good things about Victor’s! I got in a wreck, and took my car there immediately. I was originally quoted July 8th for a completion date. Not only did I receive my car on July 3rd, but it looks as great as it did when it was brand new! every person I talked to were kind, professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention their prices are fair! I'm sending all my friends here. Thank you guys so much! Attached are pictures of my car before and after the wreck, and we spent less than $3000 to fix.
If you're looking for a professional, fair-priced, and reputable body shop, look no further. Victor's staff is kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were recommended to me by a long-time customer who swears by their skills. I wanted to install a custom after-market grille and LED emblem on my Mercedes-Benz. Victor's sent me an email quote and was able to provide the service within two days. The work is top-notch. My car looks AMAZING. I highly recommend them. Check them out.
After having my 2021 Jeep Cherokee for only 2 weeks, someone ran in the back of me (Which was a nightmare). I didn't want to ride around with my vehicle looking that way, so I didn't wait on the other party... I used my insurance. My insurance company tried sending me to their shop but I'm really big on reviews so after reading it, I immediately told them I'm not taking my baby there. I went online and start reading reviews and was impressed with Victor's Body Shop. I stopped by there minutes before the shop opened. I was greeted by a young man and talked about the damages. He also helped me take the pictures to send to my insurance company. He talked to me without making me feel rushed and even pointed out that my back tire had been pushed forward. Which I really appreciate! The staff there is very professional and nice!! Had my vehicle back a day before I was scheduled to return the rental with everything that was wrong, Fixed! Victor's Body Shop also washed my car and had it looking Amazing!! I would definitely recommend this shop. Then Men here is Awesome! THANK YOU ALL!!!!
