Seriously? How did this place even get more than 2 stars? We’ve traveled to Vietnam and have had pho all over south cal and this has got to be the worst pho we’ve ever had. It was bland and came out cold. Forget the egg rolls; it was god awful. The sauce wasn’t even fish sauce. It was soggy and was not crunchy at all. Their wings were good. But that’s it. The guy that took our order was not friendly. He looked like he hated his job. The majority of the reviews here are either fake or people don’t even know what real authentic Vietnamese should tastes like. Avoid this place!!
The pho here was excellent. The broth was rich yet clean, with a deep, slow-simmered flavor that wasn’t greasy at all. The noodles were perfectly cooked, soft but still springy, and the beef was tender and fresh. The herbs and sides were crisp and aromatic, and everything came together really well. It’s the kind of pho that feels comforting and satisfying without being too heavy. On top of the great food, Trinity was very friendly and attentive, which made the overall experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to for pho.
Solid pho spot with a surprisingly good broth — not too heavy and very well balanced. Ingredients were fresh and everything came out hot and fast. Service was a big plus. Trinity was super kind, welcoming, and checked in on us at just the right times. Her attitude really made the meal more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I ordered the boneless rib pho, and it was a very generous portion! Taste-wise, it's amazing too. I added some chili oil and white pepper for spice and flavour. Do beware that the place has a wait time if you come visit due to how busy it is, but it is definitely worth coming to!
The service was really good and fast, there were only 2 servers but they worked efficiently and the food came out so fast like less than 10 mins. The grilled pork spring rolls were good and not something I’ve had before bc there was some fried crunchy aspect that was good. The bun was pretty standard nothing spectacular but the short rib pho and pho nom broths were really good and tasty. One thing though is the phos didn’t automatically come with bean sprouts and the other stuff but when he asked us if we wanted and we said yes then he gave them so that wasn’t a problem just surprised because I thought all pho places give bean sprouts, mint, etc. overall good place and recommend getting here before 6 or a little after because there was a line shortly after 6pm
