Another excellent experience with Viking! Owen and Austin were great. Routine service check on three separate units, and they were professional and knowledgeable. They also dealt with all of my questions on routine maintenance I can complete on my own, so I now have an easy checklist that I can go through to extend the life of the units. I worked with Viking previously on a full install in a prior home, and I would definitely recommend them for maintenance work or complete AC system installs. Thank you!!
What another company couldn’t do in three month Viking Air COULD DO within days!! In over 100 degree temperatures within minutes Viking Air was able to get a tech out to our home. Tell us exactly what was wrong and educate us. They took the responsibility and did everything in their power for our home and our animals to keep us safe when another company failed us twice! The techs at Viking Air showed up 30 minutes early. They were very respectful of our home, time, and animals! They let us know exactly what was going on every step of the way. If you want company that will show up and take the responsibility Viking Air is the way to go ! We can’t thank you enough, Viking Air for keeping us and our animals safe this summer ! ❤️❄️🐱
Harris arrived after 5 pm. 110 degrees and working in full sun on the west side of the house in the late afternoon after a full day. Zero complaints. Upbeat. Competent & quick, and happy to explain what he was doing to a homeowner who probably lingered longer than necessary. Also, he had the compatible fan motor & capacitor stocked in his van. What?! Who does that? Top shelf service. Grateful to have the AC on again! 😅
Installers: Wayne & Carter (The Dynamic Father and Son Duo) Viking came out today to install a new 5 ton unit, replacing my older York unit. To preface this review, I have worked in front of and behind many HVAC contractors having previously worked in the Residential Energy Efficiency industry. Most of our jobs entailed fixing issues from HVAC contractors, correcting ductwork architecture, insulation, air infiltration, and so many other facets of Home Energy Efficiency. So I have been around the block a time or two in the contractor world. Initially when I met with Wayne and his son, Carter, they both looked me in the eye and shook my hand. That's a GREAT first impression. These are actual real men. A handshake! When they got started with the job, I asked them to avoid the synthetic grass which they did with a smile, and never touched it. That is a big plus to my wife and I. Wayne did a fantastic job explaining everything they were doing while waiting for the crane. The job went very smoothly, and the professional HVAC techs were done sooner than I expected. After looking over the installation, I noticed how meticulous they guys were, which was a pleasant surprise. When an HVAC installer takes the time to make the tar/mastic lines look straight and clean, that is professionalism at its best! Viking definitely knows how to take care of their customers and get the job done right the first time. A huge thank you to Wayne & Carter. You guys did such a great job from top to bottom. You respected my property, did the few small things I asked (stay off synthetic grass and wear booties inside the house) like it was just another day at “the office.” Your install looked perfect – not rushed or sloppy. You were very communicative and overall just really good guys to talk with. Almost like life-long friends. That's a rare thing these days to meet such hard workers that are so genuine. So again, thank you guys so very much! Our family will definitely be coming back to Viking for all our future needs. Thank you all again for sending Wayne/Carter for such a great install. We couldn’t have ask for more!
