I hired this company in 1/2024 to fix a broken pipe. I was told the price would be cheaper if I purchased their membership, so I did, but I told the tech I didn't want it recurring - I only wanted it for that year's discount. He told me, no problem. Once the work finished, I started getting inundated with calls for additional services, sometimes multiple times in one day. I asked to be put on a do not call list. I asked to cancel the service. I asked to talk to a manager. Nothing worked. I eventually blocked their number, but I still get calls and voicemails from them even though my phone no longer rings for their number. In 1/2025, I was charged $99 for the annual membership. I once again tried multiple times to cancel the service, both by phone and email, and to get my money refunded to no avail. I eventually had to go through my credit card company. Imagine my surprise to wake up this morning (1/2026) and, once again, find another $99 annual membership charge to my credit card. I once again sent an email communication asking them to refund my money and lose my information. My advice, if you choose to go with this company, the money you will save upfront through the membership will not offset the ongoing frustration of trying to get out of it. If I don't get a reply on here or by email that my money is being refunded and my account deleted by close of business Monday, I will once again go through my credit card company.

Noah CG and John Malone took some ch great care of us! We just moved into an older home and Noah walked us through everything with explanations and suggestions of what could be made more efficient etc. I appreciate how open and honest they were with every step. They helped us choose the right product and replacement for each thing in the house we had concerns with. Very thankful! We are in working order and looking good!
