I get accidents happen. That’s life. However, I would expect after the fact that there would be some type of protocol in place to bring passengers to safety. In my child’s particular situation, after a harrowing accident (again, I understand they happen) they stood in cold rain for a considerable amount of time. Seemed it was up to the organization to find their own way back home. Thank goodness an area school came with their busses and got the 50+ kids out of the rain and 34 degree windchill. And then housed them until we could send our own school bus all the way over to pick them up. Then, to rub salt in the wound, we were told they would let us know when we could come pick up our luggage. That should be delivered to each district that had to miss their national convention due to your driver, Village.

Took the Cape Cod trip (9/14-20/2025) and it was outstanding! Village Travel is FIRST CLASS and you won't be disappointed. Juli-Great Tour Director; Sonny-Great Bus Driver; Fellow passengers-lots of new friends. Nice to have someone else drive and do all the planning.

Love Village. Excellent tour directors and bis drivers are the best. lots of things to do and new places all the time. stress free vacation. We have traveled with them several trips and always great. Only ever have to pay for some meals but most of the time they pick up the tab for over half of them. Of course, depending on length of Tour and sights to see.

Village Travel is a great option for trips. Kristen is a super helpful travel agent, and everyone that I've had contact with has been friendly and professional. We used them for a trip to Alaska, and it was wonderful! The bus ride to the airport as well as there in Alaska, the airfare, lodging, activities (like the Husky Homestead), eatery (like a salmon bake), a train trip, and a cruise were all included in the price we paid. Everything was taken care of by Village Travel. We're using them again for another trip coming up, and we will continue using their services!

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons--First day travel day was extremely long which couldn't be avoided. But it was made even longer with the very late meal. The tour guide should have phoned in our entree choices prior to arrival for evening meal as we weren't served until almost 8 pm. On Saturday (day 2 of trip) I would have personally preferred to have stayed on the balloon launch grounds until 11 or Noon so as to eat "fair" food along the midway, enjoyed the Discovery center, Artists Tent and balloon museum as well as the accession since that was the focus of the tour rather than going to a boutique overpriced Saw Mill Market for lunch or arrange a box lunch to enjoy at the hotel followed by a rest before the tour of Albuquerque. The winery meal and tour was fantastic. I loved that we had two days of Balloon lift off and access to the Chasers Club where you had great toilets and could rest seated at a table while still viewing the balloons.
