I actually never had an experience because I am looking to hire someone for my event. When I came across this company I was impressed by the pricing and was ready to book until I began reading the reviews. This company has a very competitive and unbeatable prices. Too bad the reviews weren’t good. This establishment can be much larger. Oh well 🤷🏽♀️ on to the next.

My event experience was honestly horrible. The service of the event attendant was bad she was sitting on the booth half of the time. She was RUDE to all of my guests. Not only that but when they asked questions she gave them attitude. Also no one really got to take part in the Photo Booth as she acted as though she was not there. She didn’t event let us know how much time we had left and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She was also eating while on the clock. I don’t appreciate that as it’s fine that she ate but she could’ve done that after the session was over. I’m more than disgusted with this service and it’s sad because my money was wasted and I am expecting a child.

We were early to get in line and try the booth at a wedding. The image was OK. It’s clear the timing was off and we looked awkward. My boyfriend and I asked if we can retake the photo but the response was a short response to go to the end of the line. I understand wanting to be fair to everyone, but it was how she said it. Very rude… so we went back to our table and tried to ignore the energy. No surprise - later in the night, the line was super long but we debated going back anyways, only to hear other guests did not have a positive experience as well. I rarely give a bad review but I’ve used these booths before and never had an issue. If the customer service was better and they had an attendant who was more friendlier/enthusiastic and provided clear instructions, I think it would’ve been a better experience. 🤷🏾♀️

The set up was amazing and my guest enjoyed every moment. My only complaint is a lot of people complained to me about the young lady attendant and her attitude. She was even rude in her tone to my maid of honor and my mother!!!! All my vendors got good tips but her we were good off of. She needs to work on her customer service! Update: the owner wants to defend his trash staff. I will not be recommending this company. If she got cussed out she deserved it because my sister and mom asked her something and her response was totally unprofessional (you only get a reaction when you're rude). The owner wants to use drinking as an excuse for their unprofessionalism yet no other vendor had anything else to say hmmmm....THEY'RE ALL LIARS! My people DO NOT party like that in fact the venue was totally impressed with my guest and thanked us. I digress

Hired them for a release event & I could not have asked for a smoother experience! Will definitely be contacting them about future events!
