Alex made our year of planning so enjoyable and allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day due to the behind-the-scenes work of her and her team! Vision in White was incredible throughout the entire wedding planning process. We had the pleasure of working with Alex and she was an integral part of helping to keep us on track with tasks and budget. Alex kept a monthly to do list to make sure we stayed on pace leading up to the wedding day. She handled issues ahead of us and ensured a fair negotiation with vendors on our behalf. Alex has a variety of vendors she has worked with to meet any budget and style and helped us capture the vision for our day. We had many moments where we needed to get on a quick call to discuss concerns or figure out plans and she found a way to make herself available within 24 hours. On the wedding day everything flowed beautifully. Us and our families were unaware if anything went wrong as Alex was behind the scenes taking care of everything as we just got to truly enjoy the day and be present. She coordinated the vendors on the day of with such balance and ease and ensured guests were accommodated. The only glitch we had was a bus that did not show up at the end of the night but Alex solved the issue swiftly and took the initiative to reach out to the bus company while we were on our honeymoon to get a refund for the missing bus. This example speaks to the industry knowledge and pride she takes in her couples. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a calm, organized, and joyful planning process and wedding day to reach out to Alex and her team!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about VIW! From the very first meeting, Alex was organized, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Every detail was discussed, and nothing was overlooked. On the wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly, and I was able to relax and enjoy it knowing everything was under control. They anticipated needs before I even thought of them and made what could have been a stressful process completely enjoyable. Our day was perfect, and I know it wouldn’t have been without their expertise, creativity, and care. If you’re considering hiring a wedding planner, do yourself a favor and choose them. It was truly the best decision we made for our wedding!

I cannot recommend Alex and her team enough! When we got engaged, we knew we wanted to have a wedding to celebrate with all our friends and family, but I was not a bride who grew up dreaming of her wedding day. I was very overwhelmed by all of the details and choices. Alex helped keep us on track and gave us a reasonable number of tasks to complete on a monthly basis. When it came to flowers and decor, she helped me figure out what would look best within our budget. On the wedding day everything looked beautiful and better than I could have imagined. We had some rain and other timeline issues arise on wedding day and Alex's team handled it so well. There was as little stress as possible and once we got to the ceremony everything went smoothly the rest of the night. We were able to fully enjoy our ceremony and reception in big part thanks to Alex.

Alex and her team were incredible. We are a out of town couple and having a planner who knew the area was extremely important to us. Alex made sure we only worked with the best vendors, she made sure those we signed with gave us the best deal and everyone had only positives to say about Vision in White. We worked with Alex for almost two years and the entire time she made us feel like we were her only client. She made sure every little detail was thought of. I don't think I could have planned a wedding without her and her team. She took all of the stress and left us with all the fun. I would recommend her a million times over.
