If you’re considering red light therapy, Vitality Sol is the place to go! Jane is absolutely fantastic—she listens, truly cares, and goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience. Westyn Narvaez is an excellent chiropractor … feels more like a massage than an adjustment and a fantastic listener, taking the time to truly understand concerns before providing care. Lexa, Gail, and Jolie were also a pleasure to interact with- helpful, professional, and a true credit to the team. The prices are reasonable and super clean too. I’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere and vibe at vitality sol Is welcoming and inviting. The red light beds are comfortable and I have enjoyed using them. Last time I was there I had a very good chiropractic adjustment and I would highly recommend this holistic spa.
I started going to red light therapy here a few months ago and I highly recommend it to anyone that needs to improve their self-care routine… the environment is relaxing, the staff is friendly, and the health benefits are extraordinary. I saw improvement in my running performance after a few sessions of red light therapy (knee problems) and then went back for other skin-related issues (and yes, I noticed a difference). I found Vitality Sol through Groupon, and ended up signing up for an unlimited month package. Jane, the owner, was super friendly and thoroughly answered my questions about how I could get the best benefit from the treatments. I ended up going to the studio about every other day to get a 20 minute full body treatment for four and a half weeks. Red light therapy really helped with soreness after my intense workouts and healing my skin. The machine and the rooms were always clean and sanitized. The spa playlists also set a nice mood. The red light sessions at Vitality Sol had a huge impact in helping me kickstart my health journey. I loved using the vibrating plates once a week as well.
