I finally got around to having my dryer vent professionally cleaned, and wow – what a difference! This team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time, were extremely polite and professional, and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and why it matters (turns out my vent was pretty clogged after 7+ years – yikes!). The cleaning process was thorough – they used high-powered equipment, removed years of lint buildup (including a scary amount of compacted lint and even some bird nesting material 😳), inspected the entire line with a camera, and even cleaned out the outside vent hood completely. Best part? My dryer now runs noticeably faster, the clothes come out actually dry instead of still damp after a full cycle, and it’s dramatically quieter. I can literally feel the difference in airflow. Plus my electric bill should be a little happier too! These guys treated my house with respect, left everything spotless (seriously – you’d never know they were here except for the improved dryer performance), and charged a very fair price for the level of service. If you’ve been putting off getting your dryer vent cleaned – stop waiting! Dryer stopped drying effectively - called Chris. Very professional, quick and efficient. Texted me when he was on his way and arrived before our scheduled appointment. I appreciate that. He even told me how to clean the vent myself and showed me how to replace the vent cover outside. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
Chris was super efficient from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the necessary parts, and even vacuumed all the way behind my washer and dryer, which most people don’t do. The service was spotless and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Chris is quick to respond and can schedule dryer vent cleaning very quickly as well. Extremely pleasant, professional and good at his job. There is no funny pricing or up charges, he has a fair set price. He was able to meet my strict building COI requirements and he arrived on time.
