Vogue cleaners is probably my favorite business in the entire world right now. I brought my suit jacket to them because my cat had a little bit of a bathroom accident. She's getting old and so it's not her fault but it was really soiled and it's a dry clean only jacket so I was very concerned that I'd have to end up throwing it away. I brought it to Vogue because I saw that they had excellent reviews on Google, and explain the situation to them. The woman at the counter was so nice and helpful. She explained the cost for cleaning pet waste and let me know that my jacket would be ready on Monday (about a week out). Well imagine my surprise when I wake up this morning to see a text message letting me know that my jacket is clean and ready to be picked up! Not only were they able to fix what I thought might be an unfixable situation, but they did it so politely and with such incredible speed. I was going to wear this jacket for my anniversary dinner over the weekend and had already decided that I'd have to just pick a backup outfit. Having it ready right now means that I can wear the jacket that I got altered for my special occasion, and I didn't even have to ask them to rush it. I will be bringing all of my dry cleaning items here from now on, and I highly recommend their business if you want professional, speedy service and an excellent price.

Enoch is the cherry on top of this quality dry clean business. He is very friendly, professional, and helpful. I've had a stained suede jacket cleaned with delicacy and care at a reasonable price, and get my work clothes dry cleaned here on a regular basis. Always ready for pickup when they say it will be, and satisfied with the service. Glad to know they use eco friendly products since minimizing exposure to toxic chemicals is a concern of mine. Highly recommend!
The company i work with comes to town every July. We have tons of custom handmade costumes that need special love and care. Enoch and the rest of the team here have been soooo accommodating, providing a really wonderful and EASY experience! We have used them the last few years and will continue to use them as long as they are here when we come to town :) Highly suggest this company for professional and quality care!
From start to finish, the customer service here and quality of work is unmatched. I called to inquire how much it would cost to have my daughter's wedding dress cleaned and preserved. I spoke with Enoch and he was beyond helpful and informative. He explained the process of how they clean it and then box it after cleaning to preserve it, etc. Their price was very competitive compared to other well known cleaners in the area, i.e., Swanson's, etc. We took the dress in shortly thereafter, and met Enoch in person. He was super knowledgeable, and just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. The dress had heavy stains at the bottom, especially on the lining. We didn't hold high hopes that they could get them out, but Enoch was confident they could get most of them. He told us it could take up to a week to get it back. We were quite surprised, and pleased, the very next day, when Enoch texted me photos of how clean they were able to get the dress, and most specifically, the lining of the dress. We were shocked that they were able to remove ALL of the stains. He then FaceTimed with me so he could walk me through seeing the whole dress, from lace to lining. I mean, who even takes the time to FaceTime their customers these days?! That's above & beyond if you ask me. He told me the dress would be put in a preservation box, and ready for me to pick up the next day. We picked it up and couldn't be happier with the outcome and the whole process. And now my daughter has her wedding dress perfectly cleaned and preserved. I would highly recommend Vogue Cleaners for wedding dress preservation, and any dry cleaning in general. You will not be disappointed. And, as a plus, you will be supporting a small, family-owned business.
