They seemed care about my 3 dogs while they were there. My guys seemed to like it and I feel they were able to acomidate my concerns as needrd which was helpful since my dogs are not sociable with others only to each other. They also were able to keep them a little longer than I planned due to me being late on the pick up. I feel I will use them again when needed.

I recently boarded my dog at Von Aries, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility was clean, spacious, and secure, providing a safe and comfortable environment. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive, making sure my dog felt at home and sticking to his feeding and exercise routine. I loved receiving daily updates with photos, showing how much fun he was having during playtime and socialization with other dogs. They even accommodated special requests, like administering medication and providing extra cuddle time. When I picked him up, he was happy, well-rested, and clearly well cared for. I highly recommend Von Aries's for anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place to board their pet, my dog stayed there for over 4 months, and he was super happy when I got him almost like he didn’t want to leave, thank you so much Laurie along with your staffs, you guys have been amazing. Used them for the first time and it was hassle free. We've never boarded our dogs before but the folks at Von Aries made it easy. Our dogs did just fine and we will be using Von Aries again in the future.

Fun time at Von Aries. Findley visited Santa and got his picture taken with an ornament for free. The staff was nice and festive, you can tell they love their job and your furbaby. 🐾❤️

I took my dog there once and ended up suing them. My dog left there so bruised his skin started to die and he went through months of suffering and Von Aries refused to pay all the vet bills they were responsible for. The owners were rude from the start and do not seem to be knowledgeable about grooming or to love animals. The court ruled that Von Aries was negligent in my dog’s grooming. I gave them a star only because zero wasn’t an option. They’re actually blaming us for what they did, saying he was in renal failure. We told them he had sensitive skin when we dropped him off. Two vets and lab tests proved there was no underlying condition as they claimed. They say it was about money, but it was about what they did to Whisper.
