Really wish I had never found this company on the internet when I got curious about buying a home. I had never bought a home and was trying to do it solo. In hindsight, I would go and find my own realtor that I know and trust, but the damage has been done. I feel like I bought the house they wanted me to buy more than I bought the house I envisioned for myself. The mortgage process was so disorganized and frustrating as well. I’ve learned a hard lesson and will never be able to get my FHA back. Don’t let your first home buying experience be wasted by this company. Take the time to find a realtor you can trust, and look at as many houses as you possibly can before going under contract on anything.
