Decent flavor pho. Not a ton of meat, tripe, etc. Probably not the best pho in the city but a hip happening place with a bunch of Vietnamese food items. Nice to have a bar / alcohol. The place was busy at 830 on a Saturday.
Vs House has a lot of glowing reviews, and after visiting, I get why. The place looks great. It’s very clean, modern, and clearly designed to be admired through a phone camera. Unfortunately, the food doesn’t quite live up to the backdrop. I ordered the deluxe beef pho, sashimi, and egg rolls. The pho was fine. Not bad, not memorable. It’s the kind of pho you eat once and never think about again. You’ll find more flavor, soul, and personality at a smaller hole-in-the-wall spot that doesn’t come with curated lighting. The sashimi was okay, but the egg rolls had a slightly off taste, almost like the pork was flirting with its expiration date. To be fair, the service was solid. Chris took good care of us, and that deserves credit. Overall, Vs House feels like it’s selling atmosphere first and food second. The prices seem to reflect the expected return on investment for the aesthetic rather than what’s in the bowl. If you’re looking for a place to impress Instagram, this is your spot. Your feed will eat better than you do. If you’re chasing genuinely great Vietnamese food, there are plenty of less flashy places doing it better.
V's House is sadly just an ok, slightly over priced place... but kinda to be expected because of the setting 🤔. Food was mid. And some things just a bit too overpriced [toasted crab bread. It wasnt bad, but honestly not really great or anything either. $15 for 6 thin bread crackers with some stuff on top should not cost that much.] And if you order soda, they bring it to you in a glass that I personally only drink whisky in. So be prepared to request refills when ya need it! Only good thing I can say was that the beef pho deluxe's broth was good. I wouldn't go back myself, but if you HAVE to have pho... Id just say to go elsewhere. Unless you dont mind getting charged a bit more. For what you could get cheaper and just as good if not slightly better.
This restaurant is very high speed and busy, food quality is amazing in the atmosphere is very friendly and lively. The staff is very kind. The food is excellent! I get pho or vermicelli with a Boba tea every time I go. This restaurant is definitely a staple.
Nothing short of perfection. Service is A1, food was spectacular and the atmosphere was energetic. Waitress is knowledgeable about the entire menu and recommendations were spot on. I definitely will be back as long as they will have me. Natalie was amazing. She took time to educate and gave her honest opinions. She deserves a raise!!
