We had a usual situation where our cat, Jewel Belle, was coming in from overseas at the same time that the winter storm was hitting so the original flight local to us was canceled and the courier was rerouted to Dallas. However, we live in Pennsylvania and had no way to get there due to the path of the storm. We felt completely helpless and couldn’t risk our girl getting stranded a long the way. I looked on Google and found the Wag Hotel which seemed to be our best option distance wise and the fact that they had a suite that offered a live camera. We were able to set everything up online in and with a quick phone call. Our courier dropped her off and as soon as she was there, the camera in the room turned on. Both us and the Breeder were able to keep an eye on her for the couple days that she was there at all times of the day and night, which gave us all great peace of mind. Our flight out was also delayed so I talked to Mikayla (spelling?) many times and she was so helpful. There was another girl I spoke to on the day we were coming and saw her as we got there who also great. They kept us up to date on how she was doing and sent a picture each morning. While I’d hope nobody ends up in our situation, I feel that for any reason you need a place for your pets to stay in your absence, this is a great choice! Even our breeder complimented us on finding this hotel. Thank you all so much for taking care of our girl during a time we needed it the most!

I had an emergency and had to leave town at the very last minute. They are very very helpful, very accommodating, and ensured me everything will be fine. I was nervous cause I thought they’ll mix all of the cats together but they didn’t. They have their own room. They always check up on them all the time (they are open 24/7, there’s always a staff on duty). They also helped me rescheduling, extending their stay because I got snowed in the other city. I couldn’t get a flight. All they said was “don’t worry, it’s okay. They’ll be fine, everything will be fine”. They did assure. They deliver. They have very friendly and very knowledgeable staff who knows stuff about cats. I will use them again. My cats are safe and secure. Highly, highly recommended. Some people might find it expensive but it’s the service is what you pay for. It’s ridiculously worth it, having peace of mind while you’re stressed out on other things haha

We could not be happier with the care our two labradors received. The staff genuinely loves what they do and they took the time to learn our dogs, favorite activities, which we are so thankful. The facility was spotless, secure and full of plenty of space to play. The best service we received regular updates with photos and notes about how the day was going, which meant the world to us while we were away. When we picked up our dogs it was clear they were well loved and we will be booking again without hesitation.

I’ve been using Wag for 8 years. The experience is consistent, professional, and most importantly I feel confident my boy is being taken care of properly. My boy loves seeing his adopted human family at Wag. He genuinely looks at them as part of his pack. He never gives me any look of worry or anxiety when I bring him. He actually makes me roll down the window when we’re about a mile out so he can get all the sniffs in. He only does this when he knows we’re going somewhere he likes. I travel for work. When I’ve had delays or cancelations I’m always told “not to worry”. I can honestly say I’m never worried when I leave him there. I know he feels safe, which makes me feel r safe and secure that he’s in good hands when I’m on the road.

Great facility - lots more room at a comparable price to other cat boarding places that promised “suites” but really just provided cages. WAG kept me posted on how my babies did, and even though my girls were spicy at the beginning I knew they were being well-cared for and that all their needs for food, pets, and space to zoom out were being met. Will definitely trust them with my babies again.
