Our pup had so much fun her stay! This is our 2nd time boarding our dog there while we went on a trip & both times have been great. We feel so comfortable on our trips knowing Melody is in good hands & safe. It’s so nice having the camera in the play area & the suite she was in so we could just pop in to check on her throughout the day/night. The picture each day is also nice! Thank you!
Our experience with West Sac Wag Hotels has been amazing. The manager Naudia has went above and beyond to help our pup feel welcomed. She has taken her time to hear us out, informed us of all the important details, and made sure we were happy as first time customers. The front desk girls and the staff that directly works with the dogs has also been extremely understanding and patient with our pup who came in super anxious. Initially, we thought this would be a one and done boarding experience but we would love to bring Zeus (our pup) more often. Thank you guys for making us feel heard, loved, and valued.
We boarded Cami and Lexi here and couldn’t be happier with the care they received. From the moment we dropped them off, the staff was warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. We received updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Both dogs came home happy, relaxed, and well-loved — exactly what every pet parent hopes for! The facility was clean, safe, and thoughtfully run. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring boarding facility. Cami and Lexi will definitely be back! 🐾
We boarded our almost 3-year-old labradoodle at Wag Hotels for the first time and had such a great experience! The staff genuinely seems to love the animals—they took such good care of him. We accidentally didn’t pack enough food, and they immediately called to ask our preferences, which I really appreciated. We also added grooming before pickup, and he came out fresh, clean, and happy. Their prices are reasonable, the facility feels welcoming, and the camera access is such a great bonus for peace of mind. Highly recommend Wag Hotels—we’ll definitely be back!
This was Ellie's 3rd stay. She is always happy going in and coming out. Ellie is going on 5 yrs and never been professionally groomed. During this stay, the groomer texted and asked if I'd like a Bathe, Brush and Nail package. My first reaction was to say no as she is all fluff and not easy to keep still. But, I decided to let Sarah give it a whirl. BEST decision. Not only did she seem very happy with her new look, but I was very happy to have that as an option in the future. Thank You, Sarah, and the whole team for taking such great care.
