IM SO THRILLED ABOUT MY BABIES HAIRCUT AND DYE!! I TOOK HER TO A PETCO WHERE THEY CUT HER HAIR VERY UNEVEN AND WHEN I ARRIVED TO GET HER I HAD TO TELL THE STYLIST WHY IS IT LONG IN HER FACE AND NECK!!? Never AGAIN! Found Wag Swag and we found a home!! My Shorkie looks beautiful and I’m very pleased with the patience and knowledge and communication the entire time of her grooming process!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I am writing to express my deep regret for bringing my puppy to your grooming service. Unfortunately, the groomer cut almost all of her hair off, leaving many patches and uneven cuts. I had sent a picture of what I wanted my dog to look like, and if the groomer was unable to achieve that for any reason, they should have contacted me to discuss options. I understand that my dog was reportedly matted, but I find this hard to believe as we brush her almost every day. As a professional, I believe that the groomer should have called or texted me to inform me of any issues and allow me to make a decision. Additionally, her nails were not trimmed during the grooming. As a result of this experience, my veterinarian has warned me that Pomeranian's hair may not grow back if cut too short. I had no choice but to bring her to your service as Petco, where she usually goes, had no availability for the weekend. I am disappointed by the unprofessional and uneven grooming service provided. I have included before and after photos. Also a photo I provided of how I wanted my puppy to be groomed. Myself and entire family are hurt by this. I greatly regret my decision.

Want your puppy /dog to look stylish Don’t wait book!!! My baby coco looks great she went in looking rough and came out looking soooooo cute 🥰 she also smells amazing 🤩she don’t even have dog breathe no more wag swag is a great grooming shop and the products they use and sell is also great 5 stars for sure customers service is excellent
