They did a wonderful job with my dog and who is a rescue. He is very insecure around strangers. They did a great job in making my dog feel comfortable through this experience. He also looks adorable!

We brought our dog to this grooming facility three times. After her most recent visit, she developed significant ear issues, including crusting, swelling, and a strong odor. A vet diagnosed a yeast ear infection and noted that it was likely related to her ears not being fully dried after bathing. In the five years we’ve had her, including regular grooming since she was a puppy, she has never experienced ear problems. This experience was concerning, and we will not be returning. FOLLOWING: This does not mean she had an ear infection at the time of this comment. We visited the veterinarian on November 19, and her last grooming at this location was on October 30. Framing this as a general Maltese health issue, when she had never experienced these problems before, overlooks a client’s experience.

I was looking for a groomer that’s opened on weekends since I recently changed jobs. This place is great they’ve done such a good job with my Melody. They’re so sweet with her and make sure she’s okay! I highly recommend this grooming salon.

They did such a good job with my Aries. He's 9 years old and never been to a groomer before, they were awesome with him and I didn't pick up a traumatized dog. It was a bath and brush with an added deshedding treatment, but when they ran into a couple of mats they didn't add them onto the bill. An update: we went back to them several times throughout the years, and they actually did his very last groom as well. Now, his younger siblings go for nail trims.

Pig-In-a-Poke That is exactly what I had when I shopped for my first ever Dog Groomer. After looking over several Dog Groomers on Google Maps, I just felt that the photo of the groomers at “Wags My Tail Pet Grooming” looked the friendliest. So I chose them, and WOW….I was not at all disappointed! From my initial phone call to them, through the entire experience they were professional, friendly and most important placed Top Priority on my pet. Even above me and my wife! That is how it should be. Everyone who came in contact with our dog was genuinely nice and helped to relax our dog’s anxiety. Special shout-out to Katie B. for a wonderful experience. WE WILL BE BACK….No doubt!! UPDATE: We have been back to see these folks monthly. Each time they make our dog feel 'special'. The person who we set our appointment with is Katie B., however EVERYONE in the shop is super freindly and considerate to our pooch.
