Not a slight on the business or employees at all. Shop name is a little misleading. They aren’t a jeweler the are a retailer for rings. They are not interested in doing much else than selling you a ring. Again, not a slight just do not expect a “jeweler” experience. No fixing no work unless you buy their stuff. Waldo Engagement might be better. Or Waldo rings?
I took my favorite bracelet in for repair. I've had it for 20 years. Not only did they fix it when I picked it up, but it looked brand new, probably better than it looked when I first purchased it. It was polished to perfection, and they replaced a missing diamond. I recommend anyone looking for jewelry or jewelry repairs to do business with Waldo. I've always had good experiences. I can't wait to take my ring and pendant to them to get restored.
My fiancé was looking for a low profile petal prong setting, she scoured the internet and when she couldn't find the one, I found this local jeweler. They were able to custom design her perfect ring. She couldn't be happier with the ring as she calls it "her precious".

I recently purchased a stunning diamond commitment ring from Waldo Jewelers, by Bridget Morrison an amazing gemologist/jewelry designer and I couldn't be happier with the result. The custom ring, featuring a kite setting princess cut lab-grown diamond with channel-set diamonds down the side in white gold, surpassed all my expectations. What truly made it special was the addition of a Garnet stone she put at the bottom of my diamond, symbolizing my boyfriend and our profound bond. Bridgit's customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process. From brainstorming the design to the final creation, they were attentive, understanding, and always kept me updated on the progress. The ring was crafted flawlessly and delivered in a timely manner, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction.
