I had such a great experience at the Warby Parker in Silver Lake thanks to Sylvia—who fittingly introduced herself as “Sylvia in Silverlake.” From the moment we started, she was warm, approachable, and brought such great energy to the store. She was incredibly knowledgeable about frames, lenses, and pricing, and explained everything clearly in a way that made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She had a great eye for styling and helped me narrow down options that actually fit my face and vibe, without ever feeling pushy. I left feeling confident in my purchase and genuinely cared for as a customer. If you’re going to this location, ask for Sylvia in Silverlake—she truly represents what great service looks like.
I loved everything about my visit here today including my eye exam. I’ve been coming here for years, and they always have the kindest humans working here, but today Wren set the standard. She was beyond knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and generously insightful! She helped me get old pairs to fit in a way they never did (my fault for not getting them fit) and helped me find new pairs that are wonderful. I couldn’t be happier with her and with my visit!
Went and purchased a new pair of glasses tonight. The store is beautiful and easy to shop and try on all the glasses. Also Chad was super helpful and amazing, I went by myself so he felt like a friend who was helping me decide which pair looked best on me. Was also just super sweet and knowledgeable I was in and out in less than 20 min. Great experience!

All of them were perfect, and he mentioned I could purchase two pairs and receive a 15% discount on each. He saw me, he educated me, he helped me embrace my best life. Thank you, Brennan.
