This Warby Parker location has always provided a great customer experience. The representatives are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. This was our 3rd visit to this location over the past few years and this was the best experience so far. We will definitely return to this location for our future eyewear needs. Warby Parker is genuinely the best experience I have ever had with an eye doctor, and the retail side is also phenomenal. There is never anyone pressuring me into more expensive frames, or anything like that. Everyone is so kind, and incredibly helpful! I am a walking commercial for them.
Incredible customer service, knowledgeable and patient management. Helpful staff that helped me make great choices. I was indecisive and both made me feel like the focus was on our needs and made sure they explained every option to make my glasses perfect for me!! This service was exemplary!!! Highly recommend. I visited today with my mom and Son and had the best experience because the store has an amazing selection of glasses but mostly because of Catherine. They have actually helped me on 2 different occasions and each time they went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, was really knowledgeable and eager to help and also went out of their way to be kind and patient with my toddler son (and toddler daughter when I came the time before). Catherine's customer service went beyond what I expected and stood out to me and I really appreciated their help. Thanks Catherine- you are awesome
I purchased a pair of glasses today. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my second pair to purchase here and I do like their quality as I have had my previous glass for 3 years and they still could be worn longer. I recommend Warby Parker for many reasons; great cost, great assistance, great quality and convenience in ordering. Honestly the only thing I think that could be better would be if there were a bit more frame choices. I will go here again for my shades and few years down the road to purchase another pair if I need new lenses.
