Went to buy some rings for my wedding and after I rushed out from work I arrived at 18:10, just in time I thought as google says they close at 18:30. They lady who looked like the manager told me they were already closed and were not going to attend me. Rude, Careless and unwilling to help staff. 0/5
Incredibly rude staff. I went in, and was asking about a bracelet i had already in mind, only two minutes in the staff came and asked me to hurry it was 5:25 The staff were very rude kept rolling their eyes, they talked so quickly and in a very quiet voice? Asked her to repeat and she did the same, what i understood she asked if i want a bag, I thought its the paper bag and said no, then she went ahead and put the bracelet in a plastic bag, i asked for a proper one to keep the bracelet and she rolled her eyes again, this is where i asked to return the bracelet, if u are going to close at 5:30 stop letting people in 5:10, don’t rush people and treat them rudely, not entering this brand and branch again. Also, when i asked for a receipt that i retruned it since i was charged and the return needs some time to be processed sth to keep an evidence that i did return it in case a delay happened, they didn’t give me one. After that i insisted i take a picture of their receipt incredibly rude
I went to this store three weeks ago, I kindly asked staff to show me the two set of earrings, she turned aside and lazily chatted and laughed taking out earrings from the plastic pouch from a corner chest drawer behind counter while chatting with her colleague next to her. As she turned around, two of the earrings fell to the ground, she did not say anything but squatted on the ground, picking up earrings while still chatting and laughing with her colleagues next to her. She finally stood up, tilting her small display board with one hand. As she walked towards the side counter, two of earrings slipped to the ground second time. During the waiting time, she’s never apologized and I didn't say a word and just watched as if she was playing there. Atrocious customer experience ever! Her careless service attitude makes me feel nauseous. I said thanking you and left. Maybe they have pretty products with lower price, but their terrible service attitude makes me feel intimidated and afraid to consume there. Avoided.
For gentlemen looking to buy a gift for your wife or girlfriend, please be aware: this store has a very disappointing and unreasonable exchange policy. Even if the item has never been worn and was only kept inside the original box, they will refuse any exchange or return—often claiming there are “scratches” on the product. Either their products are so fragile that they scratch themselves while sitting in the box, or this is simply an excuse to avoid taking any responsibility. Either way, it is not the level of quality or service one would expect. Be very cautious before making a purchase here.
Des bijoux de qualité fabuleux, des prix incroyables, beaucoup de choix, des promotions brillantes tout au long de l'année, un personnel serviable et sympathique tant à Manchester qu'à Leeds, dans les magasins de la région que j'ai visités, parfait pour des cadeaux à des amis et à la famille et pour vous-même. Je recommande toujours cet endroit et ce magasin. Merci pour vos produits fantastiques, vos prix et vos promotions brillantes. Les bijoux n'ont pas tendance à venir dans des boîtes; elles coûtent quelques livres en plus, pas trop et cela ne casse pas la banque.
