I’m honestly really grateful for this dental office. They helped me a lot with my teeth and made something that’s usually stressful feel much easier. The dentists and assistants were patient, kind, and always took the time to explain what was going on. I especially want to thank the reception team. They were super friendly and helpful from day one, and they really worked with me on pricing and helped reduce the cost a lot, which I truly appreciate. You can tell everyone here actually cares about their patients, not just getting you in and out. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dental office they can trust.

After receiving treatment here and have 3 of the crowns fall out, its safe to say this place is not about dental care and is a business looking to make money fast off desperate people. I went back in when my crown fell out immediately and they were quick to accommodate me. Once evaluated, the woman from the desk, whom had the energy of a pit boss, explained that because my crown was over a year old, there were not responsible, and gave me a new estimate $$ if I wanted to get a new crown. How about start with a basic, Im sorry this isn't satisfactory, this shouldn't have fallen out, etc... anything! But nope, strait to, were are not liable, and give us more money. After several second opinions from other local dentists I will be sending a formal complaint to the Dental Board of California as I was strongly urged by multiple professionals to do so. I never write reviews and this is me also urging any of you reading theses comments and was mistreated by Washington Dental to make a complaint to the dental board. It will only help others in the future from receiving such bad dental work. I also know for a fact they have a sign in their lobby if you leave a 5 star review you get something free (cant remember a raffle or toothbrush or something) making most of these 5 star reviews untrue. Below is a picture of one of the crowns that fell out, as you can see, it doesn't even have 4 sides, they actually put a 3 sided crown over one of my teeth?! My jaw dropped when that came out. The second photo, another tooth is so small the crown literally has nothing to grab on, and you can now see the tooth below the crown is starting to rot as bacteria got underneath it. Im no dentist but this is negligent work for anyones eyes. I'm so disappointed. Anyways, please don't go here. Happy New Year.

I have suffered personal injury at the hands of Washington Dental due to their Negligence. On 7/9/25 I had a deep cleaning done where the technician drilled holes in BOTH of my lower wisdom teeth and then didn’t bother to FILL THEM! Dr. H. Kim on 9/29/25 (over two months later) had made a referral to an oral surgeon to have the lower left wisdom tooth removed, (who could NOT do the work because of my dual advantage medical coverage). I reported that to Karla who had said that she would tell him; which she DIDN’T do as I found out on 12/12/25 (today). At first Dr. H. Kim had said that he could NOT save the lower LEFT wisdom tooth (which is WHY he had made the referral). But then he said on 11/25/25 that he COULD SAVE the tooth with a root canal and a crown. I kept changing MY options because they kept changing THEIRS. I had then agreed on 12/11/25 to an extraction (due to the pain), and Norma said that they could do BOTH the extraction of the LEFT lower wisdom tooth and the filling of the RIGHT lower wisdom tooth as well AT THE SAME TIME today 12/11/25, which in reality CANNOT be done, and I told Maria that today. I canceled that Appointment because I didn’t have transportation and with that much medication it wouldn’t be safe for me to take public transportation back home, And Maria understood that. I then asked for another referral to possibly be able to get the extraction done before 1/5/26 (which is the next date that they gave me to have the root canal done). Obviously, with the pain that I’m in, there is no way that I could wait almost a month from now to have that work done. When they did not respond back to me between 9 AM and 3 PM with the Referral, I called them back and was offered the referral for the extraction instead immediately, even though they were not supposed to call me back until Monday. But the point is: NO EXTRACTION WAS NEEDED because Dr. H. Kim had said that he WOULD BE able to save the tooth with the root canal procedure, but that would not happen until AFTER 1/5/26, because they had just put in a new referral for the root canal procedure on or about 12/10/25. Therefore their intent was to cause me even more pain and discomfort by having me to wait unnecessarily. I had PROVEN that it didn’t take 6 hours to get a referral; much less two business days until Monday. Brianna then tried to flip it back on me, by making it seem as if I could not make the right decision; which OBVIOUSLY I could not do, based on THEM changing the treatment plan many times. The malpractice, fraud and overall negligence is quite evident. A person can’t trust anything, ANY of them say. As other reviewers have also said, if you do not want to be injured, DO NOT go to them! Why didn’t they FILL the holes that they drilled, right then and there. Why didn’t Dr. H. Kim have them filled HIMSELF, when it was brought to his attention, and when he had SEEN that damage himself; he didn’t NEED to be told to do it. That’s contributory negligence. Dr. H Kim, by his own admission, said that he COULD save the tooth; so why was he then willing to have a healthy tooth removed that he could have SAVED in the first place!

I have a very special relationship with Gita who is a hygienist with Dr. McKay's group. Not only is she an excellent hygienist, who gives me great pointers with how to take great care of my teeth between cleanings, she is also a friend. I always look forward to seeing her before we start our cleanings. She is truly an asset to Dr. McKay's team! I would recommend her to anyone. Robert Durham

So I happened upon this fine establishment somewhat randomly in dire need of major dental improvement / work recently. I was actually referred by a previous patient who also gave them a glowing recommendation & shouts out to her for that blessing (Ms.VeeezyP).. I need / needed EXTENSIVE work i.e. "New Smile Implants" For my front grill (tops and bottoms). DEEP CLEANING❗. Cavatie fillings. Partials (Temporary Teeth while my implants healed up) for in the mean / in between time 😁 (Amazingly convincing & convienent for appearances)... But most importantly they gave me knowledge, offered guidance & help through all aspects whether it be •clarity of your situation •helping with payment options & plans •consistently and promptly remindimg yu about your appointments •a friendly hello / adios as you come and go •theyll even come get you if you step outside for a call. In other words they are very accommodating. ~Soft Rockish Funky Vibes Music Wise~ 🤙🏽 📢~SpecialShouts to KarenFriend she is very helpful juss ask. I was very weary in the beginning and I believe she went above and beyond in her customer service~ 💪🏽 🙏🏽~SpecialShouts Gracie. I believe she's a dental assistant (I hope that's rite).
