Water's Edge Dermatology - Port St Lucie Tradition

I’ve been a Waters Edge Dermatology patient for a while, but ongoing scheduling issues across multiple locations have become hard to ignore. Appointments are consistently overbooked, and long wait times are the norm. Most recently, I scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment to avoid delays, was told the provider was on time, and still waited over 30 minutes—only to then be told they were running behind. I understand occasional delays, but this is a repeated issue, especially at the Port St. Lucie (Tradition) and St. Lucie West offices. There seems to be little respect for patients’ time. I also experienced a 90-minute wait at the cosmetic office and ultimately left. Since then, I’ve taken my business to Dr. Vinyard, who values punctuality and customer experience. Sharing this in hopes management addresses scheduling and improves the overall patient experience.

Their posted hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, but since no one is ever helpful over the phone, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE I BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY FOR A MONTH STRAIGHT I finally decided to just walk in. That's when I found a dimmed office with no lights on and no one was there. I've been calling this office every single day for a month, and no one ever answers. I even had to call their other location, where the staff was genuinely eager to help but couldn't because they aren't the office I originally went to. When I finally did get through to the right location, there was still no sense of urgency or willingness to assist. Extremely frustrating for anyone who needs timely dermatological care communication here seems completely nonexistent. I cannot recommend this practice. save yourself the time and do not Go to the waters edge dermatology location in tradition!!!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Minni. He came highly recommended and rightfully so. He took his time to listen and there was a genuine interest in getting to know my husband and I. The office staff was professional and very courteous. It’s been my previous experiencing that finding a good dermatologist is not an easy task. Fortunately I have found a true caring professional.

Yesterday was my first time at Water's Edge in Tradition. I met with Jeff who was very welcoming and easy to talk with. He explained what he was going to do and gave me a thorough exam. The office staff was also very pleasant from the receptionist to the nurse to the lady who checked me out. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place.

Every visit I’ve made to this office has been very pleasant. Staff is professional and seem happy to be at their tasks. And Dr. Johnson is very skilled and mt appointment is done in a timely manner…. Very little waiting or waisted time which is much appreciated.
