Fast service, with great pricing for the full inspection i had done. They went over my entire car and even took pictures to show me once I came to get it. The list of issues was very well written out so most people can understand what's wrong with their vehicle.
I have now brought several cars to Watson's Auto Service and I was impressed with the service each time! Their attention to detail is amazing, as is the fact they take photos to show you just what is wrong or concerning to them. The customer service was wonderful! Got me right in, aligned my front end, diagnosed my upper balljoints were loose. I'm a mechanic with no time to get to it and they were honest without padding the bill. I trust them and will be going there from now on.....😁
I like how clean the environment is and even the people in the front are very presentable and over all professional. I had a curiosity inspection for it being my first time there and they were very thorough. One of my favorite parts is that I got my vehicle back in the condition I gave it to them in. This didn't happen with the last place I went to. They respect your property and you. So far I can't complain.
I got a radiator hose replaced that was a 1000$ seemed a little high but benefit of the doubt goes to them cause I’m not a mechanic.(disclaimer my bumper was cracked already) But when I got my car back my front bumper was crumbling the vw emblem in the grill was completely gone. It appeared someone was trying to get leverage with a knee or foot on my bumper and broke it badly. Then just didn’t say or do anything about it. The guys in the shop didn’t even know anything about it. And pretty much told me I could get a good price to replace it. That was kinda insult to injury cause I just payed them a 1000$ to fix and break my car apparently.
