Visited today, first time booking and first time experiencing a leg and Hollywood wax. I was nervous going into this but I had no need. From start to finish everything went smooth… no pun intended. Lyndsey talked me through the whole process. Would highly recommend and will be back again 🙌🏽
Terrible organisation from owner, after previously double booking me and making me cancel my appointment. I then try my luck more recently but had to ask to kindly reschedule due to work, she chose to not respond to me all day only after charging me for the appointment did she bother letting me know about any “policies” if I had known I could have prevented this. I then asked for her for the misunderstanding and she chose to not help in any way and take no accountability for her actions. Avoid, don’t waste your time. Edit to reply: I’ve uploaded photos to evidence my original message. I asked if it was possible to reschedule and you chose to not reply at any point until after you decided to charge in full instead of ever trying to help me. So of course I asked for a refund as I was flexible with you in your error when you overbooked me. You made no attempt to resolve this which I was very clearly trying to do.
You really are the best!!! In and out just how I like it when coming for a Hollywood!! You make me feel so comfortable and relaxed Christmas week and I’m all zen from a wax 😂😂😂 calm vibes always thankyou lynds , wouldn’t go anywhere else ✨✨✨✨✨
I was very nervous about getting waxed for the first time in over 10 years, but Lyndsey made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. The treatment itself was quick and pain free. I will definitely be booking in again with Wax in the City!
I’ve only been to Lyndsey 3 times so far for different treatments but all 3 times have been fantastic! Lyndsey is so friendly, had me in stitches and made me feel so comfortable! Her dermaplaning is second to none - I absolutely LOVE them and will be booking for another! So relaxing!! Her waxing is fab, no pain, over in minutes and absolutely no awkwardness! I genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
