I love wax loft! Kaitlyn is brilliant with my brows, and she is always very gentle and welcoming. She cares a lot about her clients and always asks me first what we are doing with my brows in case I want to change the shape. I go in about once a month for my brows/lips and I’m always getting compliments on my brows and look forward to my appointments!
Kaitlyn is very experienced and super amazing at what she does ! I got a full leg and booty wax with a booty facial. The space is so cute and comfortable. After hearing other great reviews I decided to come see Kaitlyn for my first ever Brazilian wax. Booking was really easy and Kaitlyn even sent instructions the day of and answered all of my questions before the appointment. I was a little nervous going into the appointment but as soon as I walked in and met kaitlyn all of my nerves were gone. She made me feel really comfortable, and not at all nervous about stripping down. It was like walking into my best friends house, except I was just meeting her. The waxing of course didn’t feel good but Kaitlyn made sure it was perfect before letting me leave. It’s been two weeks now and I’m still feeling as good as I did the day I walked out of her salon! I highly recommend wax loft for your waxing needs.
